Chapter 1:

"Can we please stop fighting?"

This question-one that had been asked so many years before-had left the angel's mouth before she had time to think about it. 

Right now, the three archangels: Michael, the eldest; Lucifer, the rebel and second oldest; and Mary, better known as Annabel to her brothers, and baby of the group, were standing in a lopsided triagle inside Stull Cemetery. The two older brothers looked at their baby sister slightly concerned. If she wasn't crazy-as Michael thought on several occasions that she was-she was awfully brave to be standing inbetween the two older archs.

"Please, for once can we step off the chess board Father set us on and be a family for once?"

"No," Michael said, taking a step towards Annabel, who tensed slightly. "Because we are good children, and we have a monster to kill."

"Are you sure?" Lucifer asked, raising an eyebrow. Oh, how it hurt Annabel to see Sam so low-to have even heard him say yes to Lucifer…. So full of demon blood…

And Adam-poor Adam- who was forced into being Michael's vessel after Dean refused time after time... 

"Me and Annabel have no choice but to kill you, Lucifer," Michael said, looking between archangel and devil, a smirk lining his features. "And she will help me, won't you, Annabel?"

Before Annabel could say anything, a black, '67 Chevy Impala, followed by two black S.U.V.s entered the cemetery. Annabel reconized Aaron's face almost instantly. He looked tense behind the wheel, and she remembered the last thing she told him: "Do not follow me… I'll be fine…"

Aaron, however, seemed happy to do the exact opposite of whatever Annabel-or Mary, as they knew her-told him to. Despite her worries, she smiled. It would be nice to have some backup, even if it was human. 

The suvs swerved away from the Impala, which had come to a stop some feet away from the group of archs. They shared a look. None of them had expected to be interupted-at least, not now. 

Nine doors opened as some familiar faces-Hotch, Reid, Dean-and some new faces appeared. 

Annabel's backup had arrived.
